Senior Role - Legal - Real Estate

- Drafting, review and negotiation of ancillary documentation such as non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, Termsheets, etc.

- Review and negotiation of transaction documents (such as investment and security documents) for investment in real estate entities.

- Review of due diligence reports, including title reports, for analysis of investment in real estate entities.

- Review of conditions precedents, legal opinions, etc. for investment.

- Ensuring compliance with the regulations applicable to the sponsor of the fund.

- Knowledge Management : Preparation of notes, presentations and updates on the regulations and laws applicable to the real estate industry and alternate investment funds, including but not limited to, RERA, SEBI regulations and RBI regulations.
