Senior Role - Legal - LLB - Manufacturing

Based at Head Office.

Qualification : LLB

Experience :

The incumbent should have experience preferably in a large manufacturing organization or with varied exposure in law firms. The incumbent should have good understanding of general corporate matters and litigation with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities to Handle :

Should have exposure on Litigation and non litigation matters (138 cases,drafting agreement/contract, vetting, corporate law, arbitration, legal methodology), must have experience of working in corporate environment,

1. Provide legal support on all aspects of business operations of the Company.

2. Support routine corporate, real estate and operations related transactions of the Company with documentation and negotiation.

3. Handle litigation (mainly recovery/ IPR related on pan India basis) and arbitrations.

4. Coordinating with the business units and with external lawyers.

5. Handle trademark, design and patent issues, including timely registration and renewal of trademark/designs and undertaking enforcement actions.

6. Handle compliance related issues arising out of legal metrology, labour and industrial laws.
