Must Have: - Specialist in L&amp;D (Learning &amp; Development) or OD (Organizational Development) - Experience in end-to-end project management - Experience in partnering with third parties for L&amp;D and OD - Strong at written and spoken communication - Analytical thinking - Customer focus - Strategic thinking - Proactive Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Handle training for the HR, Knowledge Management, Quality, CSR, and Centralized Marketing teams - Embrace different styles of training techniques, including instructor-led training, e-learning, coaching, etc. - Create programs that are aligned with business objectives. - Partner with stakeholders across the organization to conduct an effective training need analysis - Lead the Manager Development team within the Learning &amp; Development function catering to junior and middle management. - Deliver, whenever required, training sessions / blended L&amp;D solutions to junior and middle management. - Manage the eLearning engagement with third-party eLearning providers - Scope the requirements of manager development programs and define business outcomes - Partner with third-party vendors or other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of manager development programs - Ensure that all training logistics are efficiently handled.
