Client :   FMCG organization  Overall Purpose:  - To drive the learning and development interventions, processes and support the talent and engagement activities within the Organization.   - Provide our employees, managers and business leaders with a high quality, cost effective array of learning and development options (insourced/ outsourced / instructor led and e learning). The role will involve the analysis, design, development and co-ordination of a high quality people development experience. The role will be responsible for building capability for target groups through the management, creation and co-ordination of learning and development activities  Key Accountabilities  - Design, Delivery and effectiveness of learning interventions at the location  - Support the ongoing requirements gathering across the business to identify People Development needs. (Real-time functional, behavioural needs)  - Deliver/facilitate specific learning interventions across levels  - Work with external consultants and colleagues to schedule and report on all learning activity.  - Drives learning processes and systems through HRBPs  - Identifies opportunities and implements improvements to content, programme materials and delivery  Drive Talent Management and Organizational Development  - Accountable for the quality of all learning materials for People Development activities.  - Demonstrate a highly engaging and interactive training style that ensures retention and application of learning  - Proactively maintains the specialist and professional knowledge required to deliver accurate and current training solutions.  - Shares best practice with other team members on a regular basis and networks to understands the bigger L&D / HR picture  Qualification: Should have worked extensively in OD / Talent Management role in reputed companies.   Sales Training profiles need not apply  Years of Experience: 8 - 10 years.
