Key Responsibilities : Ensures involvement and collaboration in designing all learning interventions; Supports team members to develop proposals to complement existing and planned learning interventions; Ensures use of relevant learning platforms to cater to the specific learning needs - Provides inputs to HR stakeholders and business on ways to include learning artefacts and available digital platforms effectively, in learning intervention designs - Decides use of relevant learning artefacts for different learning platforms - gets artefacts modified accordingly; Ensures artefacts deployment to achieve increased use of digital learning by participants - Reviews periodically learning artefacts being developed by the team - Sources inputs for different digital learning platforms by closely working with the stakeholders like COE Team, IT team and L&D Team for content, project deployment, etc. - Tracks use to ensure digital learning platforms encourage employee participation and consumption of the learning content - Handles escalated queries regarding use of digital learning platforms - Helps rapid resolution to issues faced by one or more users of digital learning platforms - Sources inputs from external Partners / Vendors (E.g. kPoint) and others, to develop the Digital Learning Space; Explores ways to scale up technology use in learning and enable leveraging technology in enabling learning With the context of the role described above, the ideal applicant will be someone who has the following key capabilities;- - 12+ years- experience working as a Digital Communication and Innovation Thought leader- - Proven leadership success, particularly related to leading change, influencing organisational leaders, and implement new initiatives - Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of technology (eg, LMS, e-learning authoring), mobile platforms and content design - with creative energy to bring fresh ideas into product training and delivery campaigns - A self-starter willing to immediately dive-in to put processes in place and drive projects forward - Demonstrate agility in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate strong relationships - Having a solution oriented mindset and ability to work in a highly project oriented environment - In depth understanding of current and emerging issues, trends and commercial opportunities in digital learning - Strong partner management experience - Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels - Experience developing strategies including content and production plans for new, never before done technical solutions - Experience with video production including scriptwriting, production, casting and post production/editing. - Understand related fields - usability and experience design, information design, communications and new technologies.
