Senior Role - Land Acquisition - Conglomerate/Manufacturing (12-25 yrs)
We are currently hiring for Land Acquisition position for one of our esteemed client - A leading Conglomerate/Manufacturing company.
Land Management -
- Purchase/lease land by identifying tracts of appropriate land, potential sellers/lessors for that land
- Negotiate purchase price and legal terms with the sellers and be able to close the purchase and get the land registered subsequently.
- Liaisoning in land matters with government departments and officials
- Ensure that the existing land parcels are safe and protected from encroachment /illegal activities.
- Obtaining planning and building approvals, lease etc., as and when necessary from statutory authorities.
