Overall Job Description

- Responsible for managing procurement of all IT Network & Security devices & Services.

- Ensuring approvals and contract payments terms are made/agreed before purchase orders to vendors

- Responsible to handle all tasks related to receiving and managing request related to projects either capex/opex, hardware, Software, Licenses etc.

- Maintain complete MIS of all Capex/ Opex released/pending projects/request on daily basis/weekly/Monthly basis to senior management.

- Ensuring proper control and compliance while processing of requests in line with the agreed terms.

- Engaging various depts. like IT, SDG, Invoice, Accounts & Admin to close pending issues, challenges, follow up on pending invoices & approvals, ensuring reconciliation.

- Escalate/highlight issues and challenges to superiors as and when required.

- Ensuring project approval note are prepared and placed before senior management for approvals.

- Ensure the NDAs/AMCs are in place with all on-boarded vendors.
