Senior Investment Banking
- Develop and maintain strong, sector-agnostic relationships with clients across a variety of industries, working closely with them to understand their needs and goals and identify opportunities for value-added services and solutions.
- Provide strategic and financial advice to clients on a range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
- Lead the execution of transactions, including preparing pitch materials, conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and managing the closing process.
- Work closely with other members of the investment banking team, including analysts and associates, to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice and service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, lawyers, and other advisors.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in the healthcare sector, including regulatory changes, technological innovations, and industry consolidation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders on market trends, deal opportunities, and other relevant topics.
- Assist and lead execution of complex client deals and fundraising activities.
- Provide support in deal origination
- Ensure timely preparation of presentations, transaction materials and financial analysis
- Manage execution and transaction processes
Job Requirements :
- Master degree in finance, business, economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in investment banking, with diversified sector agnostic experience.
- Strong knowledge of the respective sectors, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with promoters, founders, investors and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully executing the said transaction, including M&A and Equity & Debt fundraising.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Candidate with a wide network of contacts in the investor community.
