Senior Role - International Sales - FMCG - Africa Region (15-16 yrs)
1. To plan annual/monthly marketing plan for the areas/markets.
2. Defining strategy for acquiring new dealers / channel partners within the region and thus achieving the sales volume target.
3. Define new initiatives / incentives for increasing penetration and market reach in increasing sales volumes.
4. Interacting with clients on regular basis and providing them superior customer service.
5. Defining, Planning and implementing country specific Market Growth, pricing, branding, promotion, etc. strategies.
6. Visiting clients and understanding gaps in the markets and helping client to fill such gaps.
7. Analyzing party's performance time to time and following up with them regarding their requirements and discussing how to enhance business. Analyzing data and providing feedback.
8. Representing company at Trade fairs, promotional events etc.
9. Providing feedback for New Product development.
