- Build and Manage a large inside sales / tele calling team directly managing least 5+ Team leads with a total span of 50+ sales associates
- Complete ownership of the revenue / patient growth for the platform
- Opportunity to build a new sales te am ground up, Would be responsible for hiring, performance evaluation and improvement of the entire sales team
- Design and optimize the overall sales process to increase conversion at every step of the funnel
- Complete ownership of 10+ associates in the sales team
- Own and deliver sales targets at an associate level. Design incentives and enable associates to achieve weekly / monthly / quarterly growth
- Opportunity to build a new sales team ground up, Would be responsible for hiring and performance evaluation and improvement of his / her team of associates
- Track and analyze prospect progress through funnel, identifying areas for improvement within the systems or within the sales process
