Inviting HR Professionals from 01-03 Batches for Head HR of a group entity in Mumbai from Top pedigree HR Inst with career stability of 4-5 years in an organization of repute and branded Indian or MNCs dealing with very large workforce and reporting to CHRO

Role :

1. Formulate and ensure implementation of HR strategy

2. Develop appropriate organization architecture

3. Facilitate institutionalization of a performance driven, transparent culture

4. Assess competence/talent risks within the organization and develop mitigation steps

5. Ensure a robust pipeline of leadership talent through talent management and development

6. Focus on OD
