Essential Responsibilities :
- One who would provide strategic direction to the organization and own the complete HR Culture and Strategy.
- Driving business partnering and business structuring initiatives to enable the business in its growth and profitability.
- Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment
- Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, Compensation and benefits, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines for mentoring, training, etc.
- Ensure record keeping and feedback analysis of on boarding as well as exit processes and ensuring that the feed-backs are ploughed back into the system.
- Manage employee relations through expertise on employment policies and practices.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Master's degree in HR or related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing board level or business stakeholders in the past will be crucial in your selection
