Senior Role - Human Resource - Industrial Relations - FMCG/Consumer Durable

- Liaise with the Business Leaders and Managers to introduce specific HR initiatives relevant to business and recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives

- Maximize workforce capability

- Provide change leadership

- Manage end to end employee life cycle

- Build a strong Talent Pool for the organization through Succession planning

- Build a robust employee engagement strategy

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Assess and ascertain manpower requirements for the business ensuring adequate staff backup to avoid crisis situations and work with hiring team to ensure back fill hiring is complete within agreed timelines

- Partner in the process of Policy formation and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies
