Global Mobility Operations supports and services all employees and line managers on Global mobility process.
Individual Contributor / Team administrator / Daily Task administration / Escalation point / KPI delivery/ Vendor Management / Knowledge Management

2. Transaction Excellence
3. Ability to oversee the relationship between Global Mobility vendors (global/regional)
4. Manage the vendor relationships from the start of the contract through the ongoing contract period and after, managing the financial analysis
5. Extend strategic assistance on vendor management and partner closely with relevant stakeholders like procurement, finance etc
6. Support the working relationship with vendors
7. Track, monitor and control costs, drive service excellence and mitigate risks to gain increased value from vendors throughout the contract life cycle
8. Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders
9. To encourage adoption with the requirements on penalty program if any for vendors that failed to comply with their requirements by identifying and assessing the supply chain failures leading to concerns on vendor compliance
10. Preparing reports and related analysis of data,
11. Managing Functional emails/queries on vendor management
12. HR tools support
13. HR policy support and interpretation
14. Suggestions for improvements to policies & processes
Must have handled Global Mobility /HR operations and vendors
- Bachelor degree possibly with MBA
- Good knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools
- Strong relationship management skills with focus on supply chain management
- Strong team player /Virtual working environment/culturally sensitive
- Strong communication, presentation and moderation skills. Should be self-confident and able to operate and deliver in ambiguous environments
- Service mentality and excellent customer orientation skills
