Strategy / Policy :
- Provides strategic HR support related to human capital management that enables stakeholders turn business strategy into business practice and results.
- Drive adherence to HR process, metrics and plan.
- Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain critical HR processes
- Own & drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business.
- Employee Relations, Engagement & Management:
- Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any.
- Facilitates the development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee needs.
- Driving employee engagement agenda for their teams they support
- Functional/ Process Groups:
- Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirement is met as per AOP.
- Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.

Application Requirement :
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related degree
- 10+ years of strong experience in one or a combination of HR Management, Consulting, Technology, Digital Transformation, and Change Management
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- High project management skills, with an ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and provide input on team structures, workforce planning, talent classification, training needs, career progressions etc.
- Review and analyse business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Plan and manage both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
- Work with business stakeholders to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives
- Good education Qualification (tier 1 preferred)
