Senior Role - HR Analytics - BFS

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Markets HR Head and Management Office with Project Management, MI and Analytics functions.

- Coordinate HR analytics initiatives for Global Markets from concept to execution and deliver improved

- Coordination and ownership of Management Information required by the Global Markets for business monitoring and key decision making for headcount.

- The role holder will play a key role in developing the Management Office MI function for global consistency and increased efficiency of MI through inhouse tools like People Portal and other data management tools. Also the incumbent will be required to ensure timely information is produced on a routine and streamlined basis

- Said individual will play an active role in building up new processes and suggesting improvements and enhancements to existing ones across all asset classes (Fixed Income, FX, Equity, Sales) in Global Markets

- Interaction with team members in Bangalore to understand activities being performed currently and suggesting and implementing enhancements that will help save time and/or add value to the process
