We have below opportunity with a large conglomerate based at Sector 32, Gurgaon: Exp range: 4-7 yrs: - Discussion and Interaction with Banks / Financial Institutions for fund raising proposals across businesses and relationship building; Assist the Lenders (Bank branch) in processing the proposal on proposed terms - Regular follow up with lenders (Bank branch) for putting up proposal to their respective authorities; Follow up with lenders for alignment/modification of terms upon final sanctions received; Achievement of Financial Closure - Evaluation and Preparation of financial model, sensitivity analysis and valuations from Banks point of view and make it bankable with discussion with Business Finance - Preparation / coordination with Business for preparation of Information Memorandum for presenting it to banks; Experience in negotiating on Team Sheet / Sanction letter and Financing documents - Overall close coordination with BU F&A for timely closure of transactions, compliances and discussions - Preparation / coordination with Business for preparation of Internal MIS related to vertical for presenting it to Management
