Project - Multiple projects of Residential/Commercial/Airports - Responsible for efficient and profitable completion of the assigned project and tasks under their control whilst maintaining excellent technical standards. Hardcore Execution role : - Taking overall responsibility for their projects upon being awarded the order. - Work with the design team to ensure that the project is executed within current regulations. - Identify, cost, communicate and track the status of project extra's/variations. - Managing sub-contract labour - Oversee all works and run a clean and functioning site - Liaise with Architects, Building Service Engineers and Sub-Contractors - The role relates to design, certification, fabrication and installation of the facade with respect to the overall objectives of structural adequacy, appearance, quality, performance, cost, durability and schedule.
