Role :
Position will be responsible for renewal business of existing customers of company. He/She has to work with the Re-sellers and major account relationships with strategic customers in India.
KRA's.
1). Work with the Subscription Sales Team of the VARs
2). Direct relationship with large customers of company in India
3). Provide territory management data: forecasts, key account management documentation, and activity reports to management.
4). Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate capabilities to the customer through the VARs
5). Communicate effectively with VARs in implementing Subscription program appropriately integrating VAR resources in the sales process and implementation plan.
6). Analyze potential problems and address customer issues through VARs
7). Provide and coordinate post-sales support working with VAR Subscription Sales Managers
8). Implementing activities and initiatives in line with specific vision and strategic objectives for our subscription business.
9). Sales training and development and overall sales management at the field level.
10). VAR performance monitoring.
11). Build and maintain strong relationship with channel business partners and ensure satisfaction level.
12). Establish and promote best practices to work with VARs
13). Achieve revenue and strategic goals as outlined in the objectives set.
14). Work closely with Marketing and VARs to engage in sales lead generation activities.
Candidate's Profile:
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree
- Should have 10+ years of Channel or mix of channel and direct Sales experience.
- Should have strong technical and business vision with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in reading and writing in English. Strong knowledge of the MCAD industry is very highly desired
