Roles and Responsibility:

- EDM: Hire to Retire - Employee Data management, life cycle of the employee (onboarding, probation confirmation, promotion, leave of absence, leaves, merit corrections, transfers, Exit/termination).

- HR tools: Success factor/ Workday/ Peoplesoft/ SAP Should have been a part of transformation journey from legacy system to the new platform / any process improvements

- Will manage EDM for employees based in US + there will be scope for other countries also in future including Europe APAC and Middle east

- US experience is preferred but ok to look at other geographies as well (need to have international exposure & EDM experience for international employees)

- Should have Service delivery experience

- Team Size: will manage 100-150 FTEs, can look at candidates who has managed 70-80 FTEs
