Senior Role - Direct & Indirect Taxation - FMCG - CA/CS/ICWA

Position - Direct and Indirect --Taxation (Sr Grade)

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - CA/ CS/ ICWA

- Overall responsibility of all indirect and direct taxes for the organization and all business segments.

- Responsible for all compliance and strategy formulation related to VAT, Excise, Customs and Service Tax laws

- Representing company in matters related to classification and valuation of products before relevant authorities under Excise and VAT laws

- Handling of EA audits and making suitable submissions for the same

- Ensure compliances related to all taxation related matters and embed long term sustainable processes in partnership with cross functions . ownership for indirect taxes process cycle

- Overall responsibility for all audit related queries, government departments, statutory and internal auditors

- Handling Tax Assessments, Appeals and Investigations related to Direct and Indirect Taxation of the Parent and Subsidiary Companies
