Location: Chennai
The Infrastructure services Audit Function Head is responsible to align Infrastructure services audit function to meet Infrastructure services leadership team's expectation and to provide value adds through audit interventions
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct robust competency audits covering varied set of accounts / projects to ensure Product and Service Quality excellence
- Monitor the effectiveness of audits and provide insights from different audits conducted
- Enable the team continuously on auditing and reporting techniques by creating requisite competency in the team
- Provide early inputs to the risk management function
- Provide projects insights dashboard view to Infrastructure services management early inputs to the risk management function
- Enhance audit framework as required that is aligned to industry best practices and all the service offerings
- Provide mentorship to the team. Create a collaborative, productive, and engaging team environment to drive best performance from each team member and provide them right career paths.
Preferred candidates should posses:
- At least 15 years of delivery experience in managing Infrastructure services projects and exposure in Transition, steady state and Tech Towers areas like DBA / Network / Security / Cloud are highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with individuals and teams across all levels within the organization
- Prefer excellent experience with process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge on various standards or models like ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / CMMi
- Knowledge on Six sigma / Black Belt certification preferred.
- Ability to manage process related competency development activities
- Should preferably have experience in interacting with customers
- Knowledge on business domain will be an added advantage
