Customer Success - As Customer Success, the ideal candidate will work closely with the executive team and have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. - The candidate will have proven experience in a Project Management/business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration thereby delivering business and customer outcomes as planned. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation - Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity Daily and Monthly Responsibilities : - Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO Office, regarding customer success, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning - Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns for Customer Success - Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating quarterly/annual meetings, and scheduling facilities - Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CCO and executives on special projects - Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications - Define and optimize customer lifecycle by driving programs and intiatives to improve engagement approaches based on customer segmentation and leading a culture of continuous improvement - Develop company-wide customer success motion integrating processes, content and data to/from stakeholder organizations (e,g., Marketing, Sales, Product/Engineering, etc) - Foster collaboration within the Tanla team and across customers - Drive operational practices to track performance of teams and individuals - Drive Account Growth Outcomes: Work closely with the sales management and Regional Directors to align on strategies, renewal forecasting, coverage plans, and account opportunities (i.e., opportunities and risks) - Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate Additional Skills : - Hold the CXO accountable - Protect time - Empower others - Promote visibility and accessibility - Garner Acceptance &amp; Authority - Build bridges, not barriers - Demonstrate harmony &amp; humanity - Complement the principal - Have a point of view - Focus on the success of all, not the success of one Requirements : - Engineer in Computer Sciences with MBA from a Premium Institute - 15yrs overall experience delivering customer outcomes. - 7+ years in a business or executive management role in SaaS or CPaaS environment - Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments - Excellent communicator in written and verbal form - Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity - Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with data analysis - Experience with budget management - Consulting experience with a focus on operations management - Proven success in a project coordination role - Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions - Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication - Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery
