Hiring for Sr Level Opening for one of the largest Global Consulting firm based in Gurgaon
- Looking for the candidates having exposure into corporate strategy, business planning, M&A, business operations.
Responsibility:
Research & Analysis :
- Provide support for profitable growth enablement through performing research (macro market research, competitor analysis & market developments) - need based & proactive.
- Macro-Economic Research on opportunities and company penetration
- Data analytics for presenting a meaningful output of research data
- Carry out research & analytics towards MNC mapping & penetration
- Data mining & analytics of data available within company that will help enhance productivity & profitability
Business Operations :
- Work closely with Business Ops Manager to support Business Leaders in executing key initiatives
- Support development of presentation & creation of reports suitable for business consumption
M&A :
- Support Business Ops Manager in Research on companies/targets of interest provided by the business
- Being resourceful to IMETA CFO & COO, and IMETA Business Ops Manager in Financial assessment of M&A/book buy/partnership pursuits
- Work closely with Business Ops Manager to support towards Synergy analysis and putting together a Business Justification deck for M&A/book buy/partnership pursuits.
