Job Profile :  - Develop companies long term strategy and growth plans; work with senior leadership on strategic analysis, benchmarking  - Ensure annual budget planning based on long term strategy  - Ensure robust annual capital allocation with adequate business case evaluation and stress test  - Monitor implementation of all initiatives, review PMO updates and exception based escalation to CMD on interventions required  - Ensure specialist capabilities viz. digital, analytics and technology to support businesses  - Give strategic direction to IT and corporate communications teams  - Oversee the translation of strategic plans into annual budget in coordination with finance and senior leadership  - Identify business excellence initiatives along with businesses  Experience :  - 10-15 years of work experience with a mix of consulting and business roles ideally in creating strategy and driving large scale transformational programs  - Experienced in strategy development, program management, transformation, financial modelling  - Demonstrated ability to design and work towards a transformational goal  - Experienced in working with senior managers / board members  - Flexibility and ability to objectively view a wide variety of topics  Education:  - MBA from top management school  - Bachelors of Engineering
