We are hiring senior people in strategy team of a large conglomerate based at Ahmedabad location.

Job Purpose: Seeking an enthusiastic, driven professional, with background in relevant industries, ideally in promoter driven organizations/consulting firms, with experience in driving analytics, decision making, and senior relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Work with both President & VP - Strategy & Chairman's office to set & refine strategic agenda for the BU

2. Given the strategic agenda, ensure rigorous governance by conducting regular check-ins, supporting conduct of quarterly, half yearly and annual discussions with the promoters

3. Identify topics / themes of relevance to aid transformation of the BU; help socialize the same with inputs from Promoters and senior leadership

4. Help control capital allocations: Review proposed spend elements from various BUs and help assess/ refine the same

5. Internally contributed to team building activities within Chairman's office and strengthen systems, processes & collaboration

6. Build relationships with key BU stakeholders in order to translate chairman's vision & strategic agenda into a bought-in set of actions

Skill set requirements

1. High comfort with large data sets & ability to synthesize key discussions

2. Industry and Competitor Benchmarking skills

3. Understanding of Financial Statements and other key financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, ROCE, Working Capital and their application in different business contexts

4. Strong presentation skills

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills

6. Good relationship building skills
