Senior Role - Corporate Legal Counsel - Manufacturing Industry

- Provide clear and concise legal counsel as a business partner on the full range of general corporate and commercial matters in India and across APAC, including mergers & acquisitions, commercial agreements, protecting intellectual property, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing and other business agreements.

- Familiarity with commercial matters in manufacturing industry, distributor relationships, warranty disputes, personal injury matters, environmental, insurance, etc.

- Assist in implementation of the Company's compliance and training programs, including FCPA anti- bribery and competition law.

- Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues. Supervise and assist outside counsel to represent the Company or its officials in various legal proceedings.

- Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents.

- Draft and administer complex vendor, client, and employment contracts.

- Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
