Senior Role - Corporate Finance - Oil & Gas/Infra/Real Estate/Manufacturing (10-20 yrs)
We are seeking experienced, Dynamic Professional CA or Post Graduate / MBA in Finance with 1- 0+ years of experience to work in corporate finance department and mainly responsible for fund raising. The candidate should be in age group of 30-46 years and would be reporting to CFO/Corporate Finance Head
The main key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Preparation of Financial models of Term Loan, Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Reports, and IMs for various for projects for submission to banks for raising funds.
- Preparation of Financial models for the new project for Management Discussions to enable them to know the feasibility of the project so as to take a wise decision.
- Working with CFO to raise funds Domestically and Internationally, through IPO- s, public and private debt markets and from banks.
- Establishing relationships with investors, banker, lawyers and ad-visors.
- Negotiate and finalise terms of financing, explain complex project details to banks
Skills And Competencies
- Self-starter with energy to work long, flexible hours and to tight deadlines
- Strong financial modelling and analysis capabilities
- M&A analysis (e.g. identification of potential acquisition targets or buyers)
- Willing to travel as require
Job Location: Mumbai
