1.Develop deep commercial expertise across one or more regions, business units, markets, sales processes, and/or customer groups.
2.Responsible for driving best-in-class standardized processes and tools to support performance excellence in Salesforce Utilization.
3.Assist in the roll-out of new concepts and processes for strategic initiatives.
4.Work closely with stakeholders and partners to define, measure, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement of processes and digital tool value.
5.Champion monthly, quarterly and yearly budget planning, tracking and analysis thereof at territory, regional & commercial unit level based on potential, market share, competition & customer base.
6.Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
7.Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer / stakeholders, technical product managers, and development team
8.Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends, and is considered an internal expert on the processes and products as well as the associated competitive landscape
9.Support sales team with formats and tracking analytics. Constantly work on improve on the processes & bringing in excellence
10.Commercial analytics to grow opportunities and track progress
