Senior Role - Cloud Operations Governance - IT infrastructure (10-20 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 1079774

Managing Cloud Services Governance (Policies, Procedures &Processes) is the key deliverable of this position. Governance needs to be managed for both private cloud (Internal) and cloud (External).

This challenging role will involve Governance Policy & Procedures which include following:-

- Availability & Performance management

- Alert &Dashboards

- SLA Management

- Supporting Incident, Change, Problem management processes

- Capacity Management

- Asset Management (Hardware & Software)

- EOL / EOS tracking and refresh planning

- Technical Writing

- Supporting Information security

- Risk management control

- Vendor & Partner governance management

- Supporting Audit & Assurance

- Data governance

- Supporting Compliance & Legal

- Quality processes & procedures

- Automation & Innovation tracking and implementation

- Project & Program management governance

- DR tests governance

- Strong Communication skills

- Quality and Process Orientation

- Team management and must win attitude in matrix organization

Educational Qualification: Minimum Requirements

- BE/Btech/MCA in Computer Science / Electronics

- Certification : ITIL, Cloud Certification.

Work Experience: Minimum Work Ex. Required

10 to 14 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Cloud governance

Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary - Must have)

- 10+ years of experience on managing governance of cloud infra environment

- Should have worked in process mature production environments handling 24x7 support

- Implementation skills (ability to prepare project plan / manage the same as per defined timelines).

- Vendor / Partner Management skills

- Customer handling skills
