We are Hiring a Senior Client servicing for an Innovative Ad Agency

Responsibilities:

- Lead the agency's innovation strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation roadmap that aligns with the agency's vision and business objectives.

- Identify emerging trends and technologies: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and consumer insights in the advertising and media landscape. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage new platforms, mediums, and approaches.

- Foster a culture of innovation: Inspire and motivate a team of creative professionals to think outside the box and challenge conventional advertising norms. Encourage experimentation and collaboration to drive breakthrough ideas.

- Develop and execute innovative campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, media planning, and technology, to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative advertising campaigns that captivate audiences and deliver measurable results.

- Drive creative excellence: Set high creative standards and ensure that all campaigns deliver exceptional quality, originality, and relevance to the target audience.

- Client collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and target market. Provide strategic recommendations and present innovative solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

- Performance tracking and analysis: Establish performance metrics and track the success of innovative campaigns. Analyze data and insights to optimize future campaigns and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Thought leadership: Establish yourself and the agency as a thought leader in the industry.

- Stay involved in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to share expertise and build the agency's reputation.

Team management:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or related industries, with a focus on innovation and creative excellence.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative advertising campaigns across various mediums and platforms.

- Strong knowledge of the latest advertising trends, technologies, and emerging platforms.

- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute groundbreaking ideas.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to align innovation initiatives with business objectives.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
