- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Proactive participation in helping superiors in annual budgeting and controlling the expenses as per the budget plan
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group.
- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution, and facilities.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Prepare business forecast of the concerned accounts for the current & next five years. Assessing risks & threats in the business forecast.
- Data mapping and preparing the MIS for the division
- Cycle time calculation through the man-material chart.
- Resource planning for all plants. Manpower, Machine & Material requirements.
