Senior Role - Capital Markets - Sell Side - Investment Banking Team (10-15 yrs)
Job Description:
Objective :
- Grow and drive the region or two cities to start with to the optimum penetration and revenue levels across - sales, financing and equity advisory - as a premium Investment Banking team.
Business Targets -
- Attaining Revenue, EDITA and Productivity targets for the Cities
Key Targets/ Responsibility -
- Achieving Penetration of the Sell Side Clients of the Cities as per SLAs
- Optimum Staffing to be achieved and retained
- Ensure that each revenue generator from City head downwards attains the weekly 5 meetings target
- Grooming the team members
- Winning Key Mandates and Leading by Example
- Supervising the team and guiding each to their targets
- Managing any outstanding Receivables
- Overall responsibility of Deal Deliverables
Key Skills & Knowledge-
- Demonstrated Deal Sheet/ Experience in fund raising, M&A, Real estate, Large Sales, etc.
- Real Estate Investment Banking
- Investor preference and requirements
- Sell Side Relationships
- Team Handling Skills
- New Products Adaptation
Education -
- Good college & good academics
- BBA+MBA OR Engineering + MBA
- CA
Reporting Structure - To MD
Experience : 10 + years
- Should have lead real estate transactions
- Should have deep developer relationships
- Should have led I Banking Teams
- Deep Relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Real Estate PE funds pref.
