Total work experience post MBA should be atleast 5-10years

Essential:
1. Identify, shape, and anchor specific programs, aligned to short and long-term strategic priorities, working with cross-business and cross-functional stakeholders
2. Assist with the design of key transformation programs and support formulation of business plans and business cases for change, by using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational issue analysis and delivering an assessment of current state and a roadmap for the future
Key Qualifications:
1. Post Graduate, with an MBA Degree
2. 6-10 years of relevant experience in either:
- Driving delivery of organization-wide transformation initiatives
