Position: Business Process Automation Location : Trivandrum Duration: Fulltime Role Summary - Lead Automation projects for client Services to drive efficiency within the service delivery lines by undertaking opportunity assessments to achieve overall efficiency and productivity targets for the organization. Drive thought leadership on industry evolution, identifying new applications for automation technologies and for building and implementing solutions which will transform the operational capabilities of the business. Job Description: - Understand &amp; identify automation opportunity within the client OE to enhance overall value from client Services. - Lead automation projects from concept study through to commissioning and post go-live support. - Champion automation across the business and build and retain a team of experienced professionals with the capabilities to deliver the Automation Strategy. - Drive the culture of innovative thinking and working within the organization by leading initiatives and programs. - Work in collaboration with client Technology RPA CoE to deliver automation solutions for our end customers. - Responsible for full and semi-automation projects along with vendor identification, selection and management - Establish and lead appropriate governance framework to manage and drive the automation plan and programs - Create trustful partnerships with stakeholders at all levels including CXO and Directors. - Leading, motivating &amp; driving teams to achieve organizational goals through empowerment &amp; capability development. - Manage the financial budget and drive efficiencies within the vertical. - Drive innovative and cost effective strategies within the team to meet the overall cost and efficiency target of the organization - Adhere to the organizational regulatory and compliance standards. - Insurance domain experience will be an added advantage. Note : This role will have direct reporting to the CEO
