Summary: Business excellence comprises of business monitoring, project development activities, project execution status and operations and maintenance results.&nbsp; - The person in this role should have a strong understanding of the development efforts required for infrastructure projects, project management and O&amp;M practices.&nbsp; - This position would be heading the Business Excellence team. Specific Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Tracking Business KPIs and organization metrics - Define and monitor business against defined targets and suggest corrective actions - Tracking project execution on an ongoing basis through regular interactions with the business units, site visits and independent verification with external entities - Working closely with the Asset Management function to deeply understand the O&amp;M practices, compare the actual performance against budget and suggest remediation measures, if any - Periodic status updates to the Strategy &amp; Operations head including raising red flags as necessary - Managing a team of 3-4 team members Person Profile - Premium Pedigree, ideally an IIT + IIM Combo - Experience in Infrastructure or Energy or Power - is essential - Strong project management skills; ability to assess the impact of any deviation from the schedule on the overall project - Analytical skills for O&amp;M result monitoring - Ability to manage a team - Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders for getting the required inputs - Proactive and results driven professional - Ability to work in continuously evolving environment - Ideally 15 years + experience
