Senior Role - Billing Operations - Healthcare Domain - IT Services Firm

India's leading MNC in IT Services with no lay off history even in Covid has backed a number of New Projects from US Healthcare. They have a senior role to lead Billing Operations at the Gurgoan Office, with US Night Shifts.

Brief outline of Role and expectations:

1. Delivery experience in managing large teams (> 150 resources) with superior people management skills.

2. Should have managed processes related to Billing Operations, Cash posting and Contract Management services for Hospital RCM such as - demo and charge entry, claim rejections, billing and re-billing services, cash posting and reconciliation etc.

3. End to end delivery ownership and extensive experience in handling US Hospital RCM clients.

4. Must have excellent communication skills and should have managed international clients

5. Strong analytical skills required as well as the ability to take statistical data and infer organizational implications required

6. Strong People management, Delivery Management and Performance Management abilities

7. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

8. Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.

9. Knowledge of Digitization, industry level transformation levers, customer experience is must
