Senior Role - BFSI Business Analysis Competency Center - IT

Position: Senior Role- BFSI Business Analysis Competency Center (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role:

- Incumbent will be the 2nd level of Leadership in the Business Analysis Competency Center/ Centre of Excellence for Banking and Financial Services, at one of the Leading IT Companies

- Have expert level knowledge on banking processes and run product implementation, process re engineering and act as a consultant in two or more of areas like Retail Banking, Cards, Risk & Compliance, Payments Processing, Wealth & Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance etc.

- Manage the internal and external relationship at tactical and operational level

- Run the engagements and specific verticals within BA CoE effectively

- Coordinate with the other CoEs and delivery units to create opportunities for BA CoE

- Create talent and build a team of consultants as part of the team

- Stakeholder Management

- Help create and run a team for pre sales and estimation and solution architecting

- Maintain healthy profitability and utilization levels for the BA CoE

Requirements:

- BE/ME + MBA

- Additional Certifications in Banking and Financial Services

- 16-22 yrs of experience in Banking and Financial Services/ IT Industry

- In depth knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services Industry, especially areas like Retail Banking, Cards, Risk & Compliance, Payments Processing, Wealth & Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Trade Finance etc.

- Skills to run enterprise wide program involving stakeholders at multiple levels

- Knowledge and experience in running centers of excellence, BSA capability creation, training contents creation, conducting class room sessions on banking and related topics, releasing knowledge artifacts and white papers on banking and related fields

- Understand the specific requirements of end clients, BUs and DUs on product implementation, re-engineering and other areas of consultancy and manage the engagements

- Be the liaison for BA CoE with all the external and internal stakeholders

- Good Interpersonal, Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills

- Good understanding of the software development process and of the Business Analysis function in IT and decent technical knowledge

- Excellent Team Management Skills
