Senior Role - Analytics - Financial Service

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for data source management, processing, modeling, and analysis of multiple system data, and ensuring data completeness and data sanctity is maintained

2. Liaise with DW & Analytics Tool Vendor to ensure prioritization of dashboard development, UAT & roll-out

3. Become an in-house applications and system expert for multiple applications

4. Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

5. Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.

6. Define key trends, KPIs to communicate to the senior management and other functions

7. Perform ad-hoc analyses that translate into actionable insights

8. Support Campaign at distributed locations by providing analytical insights via social media crawling tools/ integration

9. Grasp the underlying data requirements across functions such as marketing, business development, product etc. and develop analysis/ reports that add value to them.

Requirements:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- 8+ years of strong experience in NBFC/ HFC Analytics for Retail Lending products

- Sound understanding & knowledge of KPIs, Performance Metrics of retail lending

- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.

- Strong Knowledge of DW concepts and intermediate skill level of any one of the analytical tools like Power BI, SAS, Qlikview/ Qliksense

- Experience in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and learning aptitude

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
