Senior Role - Aircraft Acquisition & Financing - IIT/IIM/CA (15-18 yrs)
We are looking at ONLY IIT & IIM profile. Unless he has passed out of IIM (A,B,C) don- t even look at NIT passed out engineers.
CA (first attempt only) with premium MBA is a very far second choice.
Experience : 15-18 age from 38-40, 42 max age bracket.
The client is very very particular and will NOT look at anything less.
Key words in search: project, finance, negotiation, contract. FP&A is ok if the above mentioned education is specific.

Duties and Responsibility
- Project, finance, negotiation, contract. FP&A is ok if the above mentioned education is specific.
- Overall responsible for negotiating term-sheets for aircraft financing on various parameters and ensuring various financing documents are in place well before aircraft delivery.
- Overall responsible for ensuring on time delivery of the aircraft from financing perspective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions including banks, lessors etc and OEMs.
- Responsible for negotiating best terms and execution of documents for lease extensions, amendments, novation etc.
- Ensure accuracy of various financial models prepared on ad-hoc basis.
- Build exit plan for owned aircraft considering financial objectives of the company.
- Provide quality management information and top level analysis that helps drive decisions, growth and value creation - information and analysis that is actionable.
- Participate in fleet planning to understand the financing/additional capacity requirements.
- Procure used aircraft from the market as per company's requirements.
- Ensure understanding of IndiGo's strategy, financial performance and be responsible for preparing and presenting credit presentation for the lessors.
- Develop/mentor aircraft financing team and identify & implement training requirements for the team.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with various departments in the company
