Senior RM/VP/AVP - Business Development/Corporate Sales - Insurance

Position : Sr. RM / AVP / VP (Depends on current)

Function : Infrastructure - Business Development / Consulting - Large Corporates

Location : DELHI

Title Reports To: Head - Infra

Key Responsibility :

- Responsible for revenue targets and managing sector / business segments independently.

- In depth Technical Knowledge and understanding of Project Financing related to Power and Utility/ Construction Risk.

- Assists with new business activities of the Infrastructure sector (Power and Utilities, Construction etc.)

- Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.

- Leads the development of custom solutions to address the client/prospect needs.

- Builds on relationships with clients and prospects.

- Utilizes various resources to provide clients with the highest quality advice and service.

- Monitors the client support services functions to ensure the highest performance standards and customer satisfaction. Keeps clients as the focal point of all activities.

- Manages relationships with carriers. Participates in meetings with carriers to ensure quality service and best available terms for new and -existing business with the insurance market.

- Assisting clients in case of a claim.

Other Responsibility :

- Completes all goal setting, performance evaluation, compensation management, etc. responsibilities with all direct reports.

- Coaches and mentors team members.

- Develops a business plan for portfolio of clients and prospects to meet specific retention and sales goals.

- Understands and complies with published company's Professional Standards and guidelines.

Candidates Profile :

- Academic Background: B.E. /MBA/CA/Other Finance Course from reputed institute preferred

Work Experience:

- 4-14 years of experience from Banking/Energy/Insurance Underwriter

Work Experience :

- Financial Services industry ( Investment Banking, Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, etc focused on Corporate Solutions), Business Consulting Company.

- Insurance

- Power/Mining/Petrochemical Industry.
