Identify relevant data and datasets for issues and projects as the in-house quantitative expert 2. Collate and analyze primary and secondary data independently using relevant software 3. Co-create, design and lead in-house research projects from start to finish 4. Working with teams to develop key hypotheses and research proposals in line with team strategies. Provide guidance on research design, methodology, and instrument development 5. Conducting research on following up on fundraising opportunities 6. Training Design, Development and Delivery. Conducts learning sessions, provides regular coaching and support during the action period for implementing 7. Conduct field visits to project sites, build capacity of field teams in data collection and reporting 8. Identifying/building relationships with key research and M&E partners, and working closely with them to manage projects 9. Ensuring timely implementation of research projects with a strong focus on execution and quality assurance - including data validity checks, analysis/interpretation and editorial support 10. Drafting documents (research summaries, briefs recommendations, vision documents) for external stakeholders 11. Conducting review and working with teams to identify new hypotheses and research questions 12. Implementing a variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
