Job Description :

1. Conducting market research and analysis to understand consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activities in the industry.

2. Designing and implementing research projects to gather data and insights on consumer preferences, product usage, and marketing effectiveness.

3. Managing a team of research analysts and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of research reports and presentations.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development and sales to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and new research methods and technologies, and recommending new approaches as appropriate.

6. Developing and maintaining relationships with external research vendors and agencies.

7. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this role would have a strong background in market research both Primary & Secondary research, experience leading research teams, and excellent project management and communication skills.
