Senior Research Analyst - Energy/Chemical/Oil & Gas/ Chemical (Secondary Research)

Description Working in Gurugram, India, you will be integrated with the unit that provides research support to Kearney consultants globally. Within this, you will join the Energy and Process Industries(EPI) team which focuses on oil & gas, chemicals, utilities, metals & mining and pulp & paper

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with project teams to refine and refocus their research objectives

- Determine the most appropriate, cost-effective, and timely solutions

- Gather necessary raw information using a broad spectrum of sources

- Organize, analyze, and synthesize findings into targeted, firm-formatted end products including single exhibits, written summaries and spreadsheets, or more in-depth fact packs, primers and firm knowledge documents

- Clearly extract the "so-what" and implications of the data utilizing financial concepts, ratios and other calculations, and standard conceptual frameworks

- Continue to develop a strong knowledge base in the Oil & Gas and broader Energy sector (incl. petrochemicals and utilities) and utilize the internal and external experts where available

- Solid understanding of a specific content area and its salient issues form the basis for advancement in the Global Research career path including contribution to knowledge artifacts, primers, proposals, white papers, etc.

- Develop relationships with consultants to display impact and work closely with practice consultants

- Provide effective on-the-job coaching and guidance to more junior colleagues and affinity members
