Senior Research Analyst - Retail/Consumer/Luxury

Job Description:

1.The Senior Research Analyst will leverage his/her deep expertise and knowledge to support the Practice development on a global scale.

2.This support is mainly translated into the execution of external client assignments. He/she will also carry out internal knowledge management projects, either on his/her own initiative or on request.

3.This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies.

4.As an experienced hire, this individual is expected to lead by example and act as an informal mentor and coach to other researchers he/she works with throughout the organization.

5.This is an individual contributor role however there will be extensive collaboration with global colleagues on projects.

6.The Analyst will work closely in collaboration with Research and Consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior-level, international projects.

Required knowledge/experience:

- A degree from an accredited academic institution is required, and an advanced technical degree (in electronics for instance) is a requirement.

- Deep knowledge of, or clear propensity to learn about the Consumer/Finance Industry at large, its competitive landscape including the very latest trends.

- At least 1-8 years of business research experience, with 1-2 years in the Retail, Consumer, sector preferable

- Experience of working on international engagements either in a professional services environment

- Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

Shift Timing- 3:30 PM -11:30 PM
