Job Responsibilities for Senior Partner - Startup Banking

- Excellent understanding of the ecosystem pertaining to StartUps, Heathcare, Agritech, Renewable Energy, Edutech, Fintech including but not limited to accelerators, incubators, seed stage investors, VC/PEs, professional service providers, industry bodies and leading universities

- Building relationships with key stake holders in the specific ecosystem

- Formulate and execute strategies of acquiring relationships for their banking needs in the region

- Ensure efficient delivery of service to the clients, in line with the promise

- Contribute to client success by providing efficient banking solutions, advisory and enabling ecosystem

- Build and manage a team comprising of relationship managers

- Collaborate with Knowledge Partners and internal product partners to develop and execute on a market leading proposition that is relevant and applicable to the need of diverse ecosystems

- Own and manage the P&L for Ecosystem Banking business in the region

- Optimize market share in the target markets by facilitating trust & scale through thought leadership, sector expertise and community curation
