Senior Relationship Manager - Salary Segment (PSU, Navratna, Maharatna)

- Should have an experience of managing Government and PSU Institutions across Maharatna, Navaratna, and two categories of Miniratnas (B2B and B2C).

- Good networking and communication skills.

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognised university.

Job Description:

1. Job require the candidate to Acquire & Manage Govt Institutions and PSU (Maharatna, Navaratna, and two categories of Miniratnas) from a corporate salary perspective.

2. Key Goals will be Delta on CASA Average monthly balance, Salary credits, Acquisition of accounts, (salary, savings)

3. Ability to bring in Institutional Accounts and offer solutions.

4. Increase in wallet share across establishments with regards to engagement products like Personal loans, TW loans, Cards, LI/GI insurance products, HL, LAP, MF, SIP.

5. Managing a team of Defence Bank officers and ensuring productivity across product parameters

6. Ensuring service desks and timely resolution of customer service issues/escalations

7. Ensuring team members are eligible for incentives and promotions.

8. Managing complexities which arise in Government banking relations from a payroll perspective.

9. Building rapport with Senior Officers across units.

10. Ensuring doors are opened across locations.

11. Ensuring compliance to internal guidelines
