We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager in Mumbai & Bangalore with a NBFC  Qualifications - CA/CFA/ICWA/MBA - Finance  Experience Level: At least 8 years with team handling experience  Industry-Banking / NBFC with Real Estate business   Responsibilities :   - Sourcing & Developing Construction Finance / Realty Funding Proposals  - Sourcing & Managing relationship for South West region  - Screening the new project finance requests-construction finance   - Meeting clients to better understand the funding requirement and explaining them our funding model which is Revolving Credit in nature;  - Visiting the project site/s to gauge the project development and overall prospects of the project/s;  - Understand the project related cashflows (present and future);  - Coordinate with the Valuers and the Legal team and capture their feedback;  - Prepare the cashflow model and project assessment note, and present the same to the sanctioning authority;  - Carry out the legal documentation and then process the disbursement;  - Carry out the Credit Monitoring (post disbursement) i.e. tracking the health of the disbursed portfolio;  - Supporting junior members of the team by reviewing their work.  In case this interest you kindly apply by mentioning the following details :   Current ctc :  Expected ctc :  Notice Period :   Jiya
