Sr. Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales - Financial Services

Our client is one of India's premiere fund houses focused on bridging the gap between savings & investments. They are an ideal mix of investment expertise, resource bandwidth & process orientation.

Job Role : Senior Manager - Institutional Sales

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities :

1. Work with the Pan India Institutional Sales team to identify and target existing and potential clients within each segment

2. Develop a combination of direct and indirect sales and business development strategies with a suitable priority to focus efforts on highest opportunities.

3. Establish, grow, and manage investment relationships with clients ; Acquire new clients through market intelligence and regular engagements

4. Provide and deliver presentations for workshops, seminars and individual client meetings as appropriate to represent client and build a broader understanding and usage of ETFs.

5. Act as a trusted partner with clients and position client as the preferred ETF manager; provide suitable investment recommendations in line with market positioning and show how ETFs can be used as a tool to achieve desired asset allocation.

6. Recognize changes in client's/ market environment which may present opportunities

7. Be a primary source of trade ideas which can be showcased to institutional clients using ETFs as a base.

8. Work closely with the product development team providing input and feedback regarding product planning and implementation.

Competencies Required:

- Proven expertise in selling investment products to institutional clients.

- Superior understanding of Capital Markets and Products, understanding drivers of risk and returns of different asset classes

- Understanding of how ETFs can be used as a tool to achieve desired asset allocation

- High Energy and Entrepreneurial mind set to grow ETFs business

- High standard of public speaking and presentation experience

- Strong quantitative skills and ability to understand complex instruments and fund structures
