Your Responsibilities : - Set up meetings with the partner bank branches as per monthly schedule - Gather and synthesize inputs and understand the needs of partner bank branches - Resolve of queries through following-up with internal and external stakeholders - Calculate and timely report business metrics of regions of responsibility - Liaise with the regional leadership of the lenders to drive new initiatives and iron out operational hassles - Plan and conduct special engagement initiatives and events - Work closely with the city and operations team members in formulation of execution strategy Apply If : - You have 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in client/relationship management - You are a graduate/post-graduate from a good engineering/management institute - You have good communication and relationship management skills - You are able to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities - You are a hustler with a go-getter attitude - You have high levels of motivation, energy &amp; drive to ensure relevant goals are achieved
